Vietnamese salad like a Banh mi
Ingredients 6 slices of country bread 200g smoked tofu 4 salad leaves 3 carrots 3 tomatoes 2 shallots 6 case of Soy sauce 20cl sunflower oil 1 of Ancho Rojo pepper from Mexico 50g sugar 10cl vinegar 15cl water 1 Egg yolk 1 mustard Preparation tips 1.
